Super, the suction cups from america arrived. Seem to be pretty solid and ready for the job. So this weekend I will try to create some in-car footage and street footage. Let’s see what will happen.

Besides that some memory cards arrived too, that should do the trick for the big journey.

Now all that’s left is getting some batteries.

Hmm, reminds me of the plan getting a Kayak, darn, no more money. Argh, it could be a Garry ultimate. Arghhh, what should I do? Maybe there is a rental, let’s get surprised. At least a little clip will end up online for sure.

But one of the best things around my camping site will be the fact that it’s New Zealands wine country! Small underground stores full of New Zealands finest.

I mean *scratching head* not all products can be crap around here? Can they? Dude for real, if the wine sucks too I’ll head back to the airport.

Slowly the plan forms a little. It’s gonna be tough, like rock hard. Here is a preview of the track I was talking about. And trust me, it might look neat and windy on the map but gee .. you hopefully will see.

Actually one reason why I want to drive this road again is to be able to record it because when driving it you can’t look out the window, and blinking is on hold.

Ordered some basic equipment from my friends at Race Optics.
Hell yeah, I don’t want to promise too much and surely not build up a hype ..
that beeing said .. it looks like this is going to be bigger than expected.

Two FullHD Camcorders are sitting next to me (both the last bullshit models and I only got 2 because those fuckers didn’t return my first buy so I just bought another one, long sad story).

Both with remote controls. Hell yeah, I am thinking of a driver cam for nice comments by me a la Top Gear and one cam for the outside to show you the crazy awesome track I will drive extra for you! And I swore to myself to never ever drive this road again but heck, that’s what heroes are made of .. or was it ‘fools’? Ah, who cares.

Also got myself a cute little tent for a bargain. Oh well, we all know there are no bargains in this country so I am sure it will be a pile of crap but heck, it looks really cool.

The included 2 page construction manual will also come in handy since I neither understand the first picture nor the last, oh boy, this is gonna be fun.

But they had so much more cool stuff. After planning the trip I might need to buy some gimmicks, too. I mean what’s a camping video without me trying to cook something on a gas flame. Hmm, gaaass .. nice.

So it seems like there is no dangerous wildlife in New Zealand.

Ha, then it will be a standard Garry Adventure after all. Uff, lucky me. But I am sure you’ll see some nice videos either way.

Camping in the wild

I thought since videos like ‘Garry in Las Vegas’, ‘The California Adventure’ or the infamous ‘Terror in Sweden’ it’s about time to give you a new adventure.

I am already having a great idea, but since it’s a life and death experience it must be planned a little bit better than my normal crazy ass maneuvers. So tomorrow I’ll head into town and see what I can find. Hopefully I come back with a fixed or new camera to give you some nice vlogs about my adventure.

I guess for most of you it will be a shit ass normal day outside your house, but for me it’s hell on earth. But heck, I wanted to do that shit once in a lifetime so maybe now is a good time to do so.

Stay tuned, more to come. Maybe I’ll change my mood tomorrow though, hehe.

P.S.: I stand corrected, I already did this in my sweden trip. But we were 3 blokes and a car, so this time it’s quiet drastically different.
