So far I lost 12kgs, 24 pounds without doing sport nor suffering. A few days ago I started doing some bicycling but just because my body wanted, to. So it was not the typical torture, but actually fun.
Yesterday The Gabriel Method book arrived and I was very impressed. If I would have gotten the book in the beginning of my diet, maybe I’d have said: This guy is a loony, what a pile of bullshit.
But now, oh boy, Jon Gabriel is like a holy figure. People keep on asking me how it is that I am loosing wait if they see how my diet looks like. Everybody keeps on laughing at me and gives me advise and how to do ‘real’ dieting. Yet I lose 0.5-0.7kg per week. So I guess my diet is not that wrong, after all.
So don’t hesitate, check this guy out and get his book. It’s awesome.
I don’t agree 100% with him but the ideas he puts in your mind are well worth the read. Of all the stupid diets I ever tried in my life his approach is the most plausible and pretty much reflects the diet I was doing before hearing about him. So at least I slowly can explain why it is that I am actually loosing weight without suffering.
I highly recommend that book. But after all, all the reading in the world won’t help if you don’t have the will to loose weight. You don’t read the book and are thin. But it doesn’t involve sport, nor suffering. And like he says, when the time has come your body will WANT to do sport, and that is something totally different than you FORCING the body to do sport. So check it out.

I have to admit, when entering a fitness store I feel like an elephant in a glass house. But when a good looking sales woman is trying to sell me a big ball it gets really weird.
In the end they didn’t have what I wanted but since the store was so freakn far away I wanted to buy at least something. Yeah yeah, the hunter genes, returning empty handed, pff, no way.

Hey everybody.
Sorry I neglected that blog so much. But soon, soon there will be videos again. Uhm, hopefully.
Just a quick status on my dieting. This picture shows pretty good how much of a success the whole thing is.
It’s so hard though. No McDonalds or Pizza for weeks. Well, maybe I treat myself for a pizza on the weekend, hehe, well deserved.
Other than that it works really good. My body starts to reject chocolate, heck, is that even possible? I barely eat the amounts than before and am stuffed. I am cooking all the time, found my love for salads and other things in my once hated food colors: red, green, yellow.
Inbetween I had 100% processed food cause I was week. Oh boy, if you are out of the loop your body tells you what he thinks of that crap. That was a very interesting thing. But still, the cheeseburger tasted really good. HA, but not as good as my selfmade 11 Steps Burger. And my body didn’t rebel after that either.
All in all the life change is a massive success.
Yeah, today was Carbs day. I needed some of the real stuff in my stomach. All that sissy food drives me nuts.
I didn’t want to go just to McDonalds, instead I made my own burger from base. Ok, the bread is not from base, but all the rest is. Fresh salad, cucumber, tomatoes and delicious burger-meat self prepared. Not that processed ready to go meat crap from the supermarket.
Oh yeah, that was one delicious Burger. Don’t want to step on the scale tomorrow though. But heck, you have to treat yourself once in a while.
